Our story began back in 1997 when the original consultancy was started in the UK by our founding director Colin Bond. The Australian branch was launched shortly after in 2003, developing successful relationships with clients such as Laing O’Rourke, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Xstrata, Origin, Healthy Options Australasia and GLNG Ltd. Our dedication to excellence, innovation and diligence continues to be the cornerstone of our success in the commercial world.

As of 2023, our story takes an exciting turn as we embark on a transformative rebranding to focus on contemporary infrastructure, resource, and construction projects with a dual commitment to lead the way in sustainable initiatives, supporting Australian industry in the move to a net-zero emissions future.
