• Driving commercial performance: Drove performance across commercial and transactional teams, implemented contract models and systems, and crafted a Collaborative Framework model for multi-billion-dollar civil packages in QLD & NSW.

• Strategic execution and compliance oversight: Executed project delivery strategies aligned with milestones, advised on risk mitigation, and managed compliance with federal/state legislation and corporate governance standards.

• Sustainability advice: Directed focus towards the following long-term project outcome goals: creating sustainability benefits for the community by removing large vehicles off the road, reducing general traffic congestion thereby lowering emissions and noise pollution; improving outcomes for rail passengers by returning current rail routes used for freight movement to passenger use; improving productivity for businesses in light of reduced travel times and savings on usual transportation costs.
